Terms & Policies

  • There is a $100 deposit required to reserve the date and time of the party. For your convenience, you can use Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Party is not booked until deposit is made online. The remaining balance is due upon our arrival at the event. We come rain or shine. No refunds are given due to cancellations.
  • Due to the reservation nature of our business, your deposit is nonrefundable. However, If Little Folks Party Bus can’t make it due to unforeseen mechanical issues or extreme weather, we will return your full deposit or reschedule at the party host’s convenience.
  • Deposits can be transferred to another date if available, while transfers must be made no later than 15 days prior to event date. Events that are canceled within 48 hours from the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the client, will be billed the full amount.
  • Please advise your guests to arrive on time. Party begins and ends promptly; if guests should arrive late, we cannot guarantee that full services can be performed. Encourage guests to arrive on time. Unfortunately, due to continuous parties throughout the day, we cannot extend your party time unless you pay extra at time of booking ($50 for ½ hour or $100 for a full hour).
  • Gratuity is not included in the prices listed. We are a service-oriented business, so if you’re happy with us, please feel free to tip. 🙂
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once you lock your dates, you also lock your price.
  • Little Folks Party Bus is a small business licensed in the state of Texas. Little Folks Party Bus provides our guests with a unique spa experience for kids aged 4-14. At Little Folks, all of our products and services are child-friendly. We use all natural, non-toxic and child-friendly products.
  • Full-service applications include hairstyling, eye shadow, blush, face gem, and lip gloss. We do not file, clip, or trim nails or skin. In addition to us cleaning our equipment after each party, our team makes every attempt to protect our surfaces with slip covers and towels during the party.
  • As we are not licensed cosmetologists, we do not use salon grade products or equipment. Our staff offers varied levels of personal and professional experiences in early childhood development, business, and education. All appropriate measures are taken to ensure that our guests have a fabulous time while remaining clean and safe.
  • Little Folks Parties are for entertainment purposes only. We do not provide health and beauty consulting to our customers.
  • Please inform your invited guests to have any nail or toe nail polish removed.
  • All guests are asked to provide ANY and ALL allergy information before your event or on the day of service.
  • We are not responsible for any allergic reactions as a result of our products and services.
  • All of our party package pricing is set to compete with other party providers in the area. To ensure that we are able to compensate our staff for their services and time, we do not alter pricing for parties under the maximum number of guests allowed. In cases where there are fewer than the included number of girls present, we simply ensure that even more attention is provided to the guests in attendance.
  • We will need a final head count two days prior to the event. Please confirm your guest list. If there are guests who show up who are not on the final headcount, there will be an extra $20 fee (they may be turned away if we are at maximum capacity). No price corrections for no-show participants (i.e: If you pay for six participants and only four show up, there will be no refunds or adjustments).
  • During the event, your child or their guest may not enter or exit the bus without a parent or consent form.
  • We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur on the bus.
  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
  • Due to limited spacing, we will only allow one parent on board. For your convenience, we offer a live stream so parents can watch their kid on their smart phone.
  • Bus capacity is 12 kids and one adult maximum during the sessions.
  • Space is limited so we ask that all other invited guests wait outside the bus or coordinate with the party guests to stay within our max capacity.
  • We do not allow food or drinks on the bus (except candy which we provide from our dispensers).
  • When we arrive at your location, the bus is parked and stays parked until our services are done.
  • We do not transport any person(s) while services are performed. We will need 50 flat feet to park.
  • We currently serve all of Houston and surrounding areas.
  • All other areas are considered on a case by case basis (please contact us for any inquiries).
  • Events outside our service area may be subject to additional fees (i.e: mileage, hourly drive time, etc.)
